Commissioning: Art is a very personal thing, and commissioning artwork takes a lot of trust, so it is important that you get what you are looking for. If you’re not sure what that is, I can help you work it out – most people know what they don’t want, even when they have no clue what they do want! We can explore ideas together, and I will give you clear terms, so you only need to commit when you are confident that you want to go ahead.
Cost: My prices are based on Scottish Union of Artists and Association of illustrators guidelines and I will be as flexible and creative as I can to give you the very best for your budget. You may choose to pay for one off sketches or plans rather than committing to a whole project immediately; if you then went ahead with the commission the cost would be deducted from the total. I am always happy to discuss any project, on any budget, big or small.
